Ridiculously expensive

I forgot that I spent a lot of money on one of these years ago. Thinking it would be amazing in quality of course. Yes it is well made, but at the end of the day it is still only a Bigsby vibrato.

The plating is good and such, but please save your money and buy an import version. They hold their tune just as well (poorly) and look just as nice.

Installing one on my Gibson was easy enough, but I still think this might just well be the worst value guitar related purchase I have ever made.

Not made in USA anymore

If you intend to buy a Bigsby B7 expecting it to be made in the USA and sand-casted, it isn't the case anymore since it is now owned by Fender. It was made in Korea.

We can see some cast iron marks on the bottom, that were not polished off, so I do perceive it as of lesser quality. The luthier who installed it said it looked very much like the counterfeits he encountered previously, but that's how the real deal looks like now...

That's the reason for the 3 stars as I think that's a shame, and it was not mentioned on the product page. But I don't think it impacts the playability in any way
