Tight Screw TS52-4 Tension Rod -52mm

This product has greatly reduced the pain and suffering caused by rimshot de-tuning. The only downsides are that these are a bit harder to tune than regular tension rods as finger-tightening doesn't really work and the fact that after a few head changes the glue (or whatever the material is) that gives these screws more traction wears off and they won't retain tuning as well as when they're brand new. I always keep a few spare ones in stock and nowadays I need to tune my snare maybe once every three weeks whereas with normal screws I had to tune it at least once per playing session.
