Extremely good bang for the buck!
It costs next to nothing, does what it's intended to, and does it well. What else is left to want?
The unit is small, with a nice, big, easily readable display. The display is normally bluish grey, and turns to pleasant green when your string is in tune. A little bit hard to read in strong, direct sunlight, but you can still tune our instrument even then. The display has a matte finish, which greatly reduces glare from light sources.
The display pans around 360 degrees, and tilts, depending on pan position, from 90 to almost 180 degrees. It easily stays in position. The clip is sturdy, and clips on with enough force to keep the unit on the instrument, unless, of course, you go really crazy with it. Under normal playing circumstances, there's no problem with the unit holding onto the instrument.
This unit is designed for a ukulele. There are two standard tuning sets, C-tuning and D-tuning, plus a normal chromatic tuner. Tuning a ukulele is easy with this tuner.
I also tried tuning a nylon-stringed guitar, and it works perfectly with it. I even tuned an electric fretless five-string bass with it, but I had to use harmonics (flageolets) on the low B string. Nevertheless, it tuned even the electric bass.
It's cheap and it works. Buy it!

Uken viritysmittari
Ihme kapistus! Minulla on toista kymmentä vuotta vanha kromaattinen viritysmittari ennestään, tilasin tämän muuten vain kun hinta oli muutaman euron ja muutakin tavaraa tulossa. Käyttöönotto oli todella helppoa (paristo sisään ja virta päälle) ja näyttö uskomattoman täsmällinen ja selkeä. Erinomainen ostos!

Halpa, näppärä, luotettava
Nämä Thomannin halvat viritinklipit toimivat ihan yhtä hyvin kuin monin kerroin kalliimmatkin merkit. Ehdoton laite, kun yrität virittää soitintasi metelin keskellä, jolloin perinteinen äänirauta ei auta ollenkaan.
Sama CR2032-nappipatteri kuin esim. aktiivisissa piezoissa, joten niitä on yleensä aina saatavilla.
Toimintamode muuttuu helposti huomaamatta vahinkopainalluksella, kun kohentaa virittimen asentoa, joten kannattaa aina välillä kesken virityksenkin tarkistaa, että vekotin on halutussa modessa.
Ja pieni lisävaroitus: älä tee kuten minä ja jätä viritintä pitkiksi ajoiksi kiinni soittimeen, koska virittimen kiinnityksen kumimateriaali reagoi ajan mittaan joidenkin soitinlakkojen (mm. shellakan) kanssa, ja jättää silloin pysyviä jälkiä soittimen lakkapintaan.

Cheap, but great
Does everything perfectly. I use it with ukulele, C-tuning and haven't had any problems. Big bonus that it's black and not that ugly. Stays in place and seems to be quite sturdy.

Real Value Tuner
I bought this tuner together with my first ukulele (Kala Dolphin). The tuner is easy to use and has three modes (chromatic, C-tune and F-tune). Displey changes colour - easy to notice. This is good company for one's ukulele - and the price is nice!

Tuner for the uke
I bought this with a uke. Easy to use and does the job even when in noisy surroundings. Couple of stars deducted from quality because the battery compartment was a bit loose. I solved the problem by inserting a piece of paper between the battery and and the spring. After this slight mod it has been working like a charm.

Viritin aina tallessa!
Hyvän kokoinen viritin ukulelelle, voi olla koko ajan paikallaan ja toimii hyvin! Tykkään näistä Thomanin malleista jotka voi pitää paikallaan kun soittaa ja silloin kun tarvitsee soittimen olla koko ajan tarkassa vireessä sen voi pitää päällä soiton aikana ja tehdä tarvittavaa säätöä vaikka kesken kappaleen jos siltä tuntuu. Tämän virittimen hyväpuoli on se, että sitä voi kääntää ja vääntää itselle sopivaan kulmaan melkein miten vain!
