the t.bone GigA Pro Pedal Set

I bought the product a little while ago and after some time I noticed that the sound cuts out for a while when playing long high notes (the same problem with low notes but it's not so easy to notice in them) The fault appears when you play a note and the sound cuts out after about a second for a moment and then resumes (a little echo style voice)
I have gone through all the channels on the device and still have the same problem.
At first I thought that the problem was caused by the wi-fi connections in the house, but after turning them off I tested again and the problem still occurs, so I don't think that other nearby wi-fi connections were the cause because their signal is weak.
I sent the device to Thomann for service to be checked and surprisingly they couldn't find anything wrong.
(Apparently, in Thomann's opinion the problem is caused by my wi-fi or some other wi-fi in the world.)
This is a feature of the device, not a fault according to Thomann, so I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
Cheaper wireless devices also work fine even if wi-fi is nearby, so I really don't think it's the cause of the problem in this case.
I wasted money and time and will never buy any t.bone products again.
