I bought this product together with shorter green MIDI-cable for the same manufacturer. The colour is red enough to differentiate from the green cable, and all tested MIDI messages are transferred as expected.

I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a red MIDI-cable. I found this especially practical with the green product of the same manufacturer to identify MIDI IN/OUT and MIDI OUT/IN connections from each other. Tip: if you suffer from color vision deficiency you should by the red cable in different length for physical identifiability.

Good basic midi cable for any midi use.
No interference detected even with several cables running next to each other and passing next to many device.
Cannot take heavy bending and stretches easily.
Reliable for any home studio.

I've been using this cable to connect my Midi-keyboard to my Audio interface. And it has been working very well.

Only slight downside is that the cable is really stiff and kinda difficult to fit in tight spaces due to that stiffness.

All midi cables are black. Expect this one (and others in the series). A really good idea and clarifies my home studio / live setup a lot.

Otherwise a basic cable, connects, seems solid, transfers data, looks cool. Unbeatable price!
