Loistava etuaste bassolle
Keikkailen paljon ulkomailla ja tarvitsin bassolle etuasteen jolla saan samanlaisen saundin joka keikkapaikassa riippumatta vahvistimesta. Tech 21 Bass Drive soveltuu käyttööni loistavasti, ja saan pienessä paketissa kaiken sen mitä joutuu monesti arpomaan kun käyttää vuokra/lainavahvistimia.
Soveltuu studio sekä livekäyttöön.
Ainoa miinus on minun käytössäni nopeasti ruuveistaan irronnut XLR-liitäntä jonka kierteet menivät rikki jollain keikalla laulajan potkaistua pedaalia. Muuten laite on todella kestävää rakennetta.

a workhorse
Bought this while I was playing in a house-bandish outift with cover songs ranging from R&B, funk, rock, pop. It handled it all really damn well from a clicky slap-bass sound to thick tubes to nice overdrive.
Later after that project I really had no use for it since I switched over to mostly rock outfits and produced my overdrive from the amp. However, this thing saved our band in the studio. Our engineer only had passive DI-boxes with him, and we encountered massive hum and hiss issues with them. No problem for the Bass Driver; I dialed in a dry sound, used the battery as the power source and we hooked the thing to our engineer's gear; zero hiss nor hum.
Never letting this box go.
