Synergy IICP

I have bought into the synergy system thinking i prefer marshall sounds for skatepunk bands. Turns out that this IICP module is a way better sound for those things and the synergy systeem allows me to only switch the module and be done with it. Okay, I agree you need to buy into this, but it gives great flexibility. The sounds are close enough for me as a European, since buying a mesa here means selling your kidney. I have not compared it to the real thing, but the sounds are so good and appropriate for what i need out of it, that i do not think twice about this.

I had a small issue with my first IICP module where it did not fit into my syn2 but a small chat with Thomann later, they just replaced it. Good Service and no harms done, but less points for the quality.

If you use this module, keep in mind that the graphic eq is after the master volume so this will be able to distort the sound in not a pleasant way. There is a good video by sir steven fryette, who designed this module, on how to operate this. No rocket science but tricky enough to trip you up sometimes. Be sure to watch it before you use it to get the most out of this module. Good Sounds and feel are the result.
