Expensive but good
This is the industry standard for a wireless analog in ear monitoring solution in its price point. The included very cheap-feeling earbuds are obviously bad, so you should get better ones. But everything else is good. Connectivity is great, the frequency range is good, and the belt pack feels very solidly made. I have used this for a couple of years without any issues really.
