Meiner Meinung nach das Beste was man Made in EU von der Stange am Bassmarkt kaufen kann.
Mein erster Sadowsky in der Modern-Pickup Konfiguration und er klingt gewaltig. Bridge Pickup schön knurrig, Hals Pickup mit definierteren Bässen aber kristallklar. Beide Pickups 50/50 dieses schöne moderne J-Bass glockige aber auch weiterhin sehr knurrig vom Hals. Die Vintage Tone Control habe ich so gut nicht in Erinnerung, da kann man wirklich überzeugende Vintage Sounds rauslocken, stufenlos verstellbar.
Verarbeitung tip top, den 24 Bund erreicht man super, B-Saite auch fantastisch.
Ein Punkt Abzug gibts bei den Features, über die Jahre ist aus dem tollen Sadowsky Port-A-Bag doch eine abgespeckte Version geworden, die früheren NYC Bags waren da doch in einer ganz anderen Liga.
Der Bass kann sicher alles spielen, die Vintage Motown-Fraktion wird natürlich eher zum dreimal überfahrenen Preci greifen.
