The mounting ring does what it's supposed to do and it stays on tight.
Highly recommend getting for everyone who has lost their original ones, like I did while moving.
I think this took roughly a year to get to me after ordering it due to some manufacturing problems.
Since I'm unsure of who to blame I'm willing to look past this and write a sincere review.
