Huokea ja hyödyllinen rumputarvike

Ostin tämän rinkulan ja asensin sen Millennium-virvelini lyöntikalvon alle. Rumpuhan on aika yksinkertainen ja halpa ja vaikka se onkin ihan kelpo soittopeli, siinä on kuitenkin ihan sellainenaan kuultavissa ikävä, peltinen resonanssiääni.

REMO-rengas paransi äänenlaatua heti. Nyt virvelini kuulostaa paljon paremmalta ja kallimmalta; se ei soi enää juuri lainkaan, mutta se oli tavoitekin. Virvelini ääni sopii nyt paljon entistä paremmin voimakkaaseen rock-pop-mättöön, mutta voi sillä yhä soittaa jatsiakin! Rinkula kun ei ole juurikaan vaikuttanut kalvon ponnahdusominaisuuksiin ja "left hand independence" -jutut vasemman käden perinneotteella onnistuvat yhä.

Myös rudimenttien jatkoharjoittelu on entistä hauskempaa, koska kaikki eri iskut erottuvat nyt selvästi toisistaan. Itse asiassa rumpuni vasta tämän vaimennusmuutoksen jälkeen todella paljastaa sen, miten paljon lisää vielä on harjoiteltava!! KAIKEN KAIKKIAAN TÄMÄ REMO ON ERINOMAINEN JA TARPEELLINEN TARVIKE.

Great for a tight very snare wire heavy sounding snare

This is a great tool for changing your snare tone. Only drawback is that it's a pretty permanent change (The dampener goes on the inside underneath the snare skin so you have to remove the snare skin to take it out). If gives the drum loads of snare sound (like the more standard rings made from drum skins but more extreme) a very now sound that can make a snare sound almost like a drum machiene snare, agiler still having the Natural change in sound from hit to hit. We have it on a pearl free floater and use that for modern sounds. Check Out the Wombats tune "give me a try", pretty sure we used it on that (though there quite possibly is a sample in there as well, I didn't mix it but the sound is in the recording too).

I only recommend these on drums that are at very least 16", but more likely 18". Otherwise they just choke them out in a really unpleasant, muffled way. They are great for kicks and maybe big thuddy effect floor toms, but there are MUCH mure musically usable ways to treat a 14".

Como todos los atenuadores para batería, empeora el sonido de la caja porque pierde muchos armónicos. Lo bueno es que el sonido queda mucho más seco y se hace menos cargante para ensayar en locales pequeños, o no molestar en casa. La instalación es super sencilla y no ha dado problemas desde que lo puse.
