pro snake TPA 1003 WJ

I ordered this six months ago and now it is already broken. I haven't used the cord that much. I used this only with one pair of headphones that didn't fit my short 3,6mm to 9mm stereo plugs. Otherwise it has just been sitting on my desk. Now it has a connection problem and the sound doesn't come through properly. When I jiggle the headphone's plug the sound goes sometimes away and sometimes is mono and sometimes just some reverby ambiance. I tested the cord with other interfaces and headphones so it is clearly this adapter cord that has an issue.

Maybe I got a faulty one but I will be choosing a more reliable brand next time.
