Disappointment from earlier generations
I _loved_ firetube-era units and had to upgrade because the connections came obsolete and old-new-software issues. Didn’t even consider other brands because the old presonuses were so amazing.
The old ones were fantastic and software allowed very modular routings.
This is a fine A/D-preamp but as a DAW not liking it. Mixer/routing features are primitive and won’t allow stuff the old ones could do. I will have to live with this setup for now but next time I will look for other brands.
