The best distortion pedal I have experienced

No need to say what it's used for - obviously, distortion. I use it in front of my Zoom G6.
Previous pedals I have owned and used are unsurprisingly Boss, Tube Screamer, and my other favourite (heresy incoming) the Behringer TO800.
This pedal does not run on batteries, so is wired into my pedal board PSU in place of the aforementioned Behringer. It just sounds so good and is so versatile. How it sounds is obviously subjective, but for me this pedal can't be bettered. I have other NUX products and they have stood hard repeated use with no problems, for years in the case of their footswitches which I use to control the SR18 I use in my guitar duo.
Thoroughly recommended. It's the business.

A good boost.

Everything works good paired with Nux Metal Core Deluxe MK2. Other pedals as well. Only problem, it came unpacked and serial number sticker removed from the bottom plate... Very strange, like a B - stock sold as a new one.

Qualité des effets, tarif raisonnable, le post boost vraiment un plus !

J'ai reçu et testé la pédale de distorsion DriveCore MK2 ce 19 octobre 2025. Le boitier est robuste, avec une jolie couleur vert anis. ;-) Le son est excellent sur les 8 modèles proposés. Les distorsions obtenues ne sont jamais baveuses. J'ai une préférence pour les le modèle "Nux Mod" et "ODR" qui envoient un bon crunch avec des graves présents. Pour un tarif raisonnable, on a une pédale qui réagit bien avec en plus la fonction post-boost qui évite l'ajout d'une pédale. C'est très pratique.
Tout petit bémol : il faut se faire à la fonction appui long, qui active le boost. Un appui court active la pédale, la Led passe au vert. Un appui long active le boost, la Led de contrôle passe en rouge. En fonction inverse, selon le mode d'appui, soit on désactive tout par un appui court (Led éteinte) , soit on revient en mode disto par un second appui long (Led verte)

Sehr vielseitiges Overdrive-Pedal

das sich an bekannten Vorbildern orientiert. Diese besitze ich zwar nicht, aber es gibt Videos mit Direktvergleich, die mich überzeugt haben, dass der Sound exakt den Vorbildern entspricht. Das Drivecore MK1 war auch bereits sehr gut und ich werde es behalten, obwohl die neue Version MK2 um einiges vielseitiger ist.
