Disappointment
This mic system wasn't for me. I know that quite many players are perfectly happy with this system but to me it just sounded horrible, thin and metallic with unclear low frequencies (in Gibson J45).
Sorry for negative review, I don't usually write this kind of reviews but it's a bit frustrating to get this system assembled to guitar just to find out that it doesn't sound good, not even close. If you are interested about this mic system, my proposal is that you test IRL such guitar which already has this mic in it before you get it assembled to your own.
