Serviceable companion for the Boss Katana Mk.II
I bought this alongside the Boss Katana 50 Mk. II and so far the two have been getting along well. The pedal allows switching between the four preset banks as one would expect.
My biggest concerns relate to the build quality of the footswitch. While the device itself is mostly serviceable, I do not suspect it to have been built to last. The switches are noisy and feel cheap - not surprising considering the price tag. The cliché holds true for this product: you're really getting what you're paying for.
To summarise, the footswitch does work with the Boss Katana 50 Mk.II (rest assured), but by no means do expect to be blown away by its overall performance. If you don't mind the noise and poor feel you're in for a bargain. If you do, then you'd rather fork out the money for a more expensive device.

A basic footswitch with two switches
Simple but working 2-button footswitch. If seeking for any improvements, a replaceable cable would be nice.
