I bought this guitar, just received it, and tested it out.

My rating for the guitar dropped specifically because the high E string (the 1st string) didn't ring out properly when played open; instead, it produced a strange, unwanted noise. This suggests an issue either at the nut or somewhere on the headstock (or perhaps elsewhere).

Since the high E string doesn't ring clearly when played open—but rather with this interference—it significantly hinders the playability of the instrument.

Otherwise, the guitar seemed fine, and the tone was likely quite good; however, since strings must ring correctly, I have initiated a return.

It’s incredibly frustrating, as this could potentially have been an excellent guitar in terms of its features and sound.

I would have likely given it 4 stars—or perhaps even more—for its sound, but the issue with the string's resonance affects that.

The fretwork seemed reasonably good; however, upon closer inspection under light, there appeared to be tiny gaps where some of the frets meet the fretboard. That said, the frets themselves were well-polished, and the fret ends didn't snag on my fingers.

It should be noted that, apart from this, the guitar played normally across all frets; the problem was strictly limited to the high E string when played open.

The screws and other hardware were all securely fastened, with no loose parts.

It is lightweight.
