Larry Carlton L7 CAR New Gen

Bought this to test the New gen L7 because of the upgrades to already good first gen L-Series. Having played a lot of LP type guitars and having trouble finding a recent priced gigging axe, my old workhorse was a Korean Epi from the beginning of 2000. With proper pickups and some other changes it outplayed many Gibsons I have had or played. The playability of the guitar was just great. Also the best Epi I ever had. When I got this, it felt lot similar but offered something more. Now I have been playing this for couple of months and done couple of gigs with it. It really delivers what it is supposed to and is just great to play. Being a quite picky about details and setup, I have to say that only very little adjustment was needed out of the box to make the guitar play and feel great. Excelent quitar and quality for the price.
