I've used this infront of my pedal board (up to five pedals) for ~2yrs now to filter out the noise from the power supply that was pretty terrible.
It doesn't kill 100% of the noise so for studio/recording I might use something else (or just batteries to be sure...). For other use such as practises and gigs it has been good enough so far. Usually I get far much louder noise from my single coil pickups when standing next to the amp so what remains from power source after filtering is not significant.
It is also very small so it doesn't take much space in my bag.

Käytän virtalähdettä jossa ei ole eristettyjä lähtöjä ja käytän sekä 9V & 12V lähtöjä. Pedaalilaudastani tuli runsaasti häiriötä vahvistimelle. Paikallistin häiriön ja kun kytkin tämän kyseisen pedaalin virtakaapelin väliin niin häiriöt lähtivät kokonaan. Suosittelen.

It does its job.
If you use daisy chain power cable and you have that one noisy pedal in the chain, you can isolate it from others with this product.
Works well when mixing analog and digital pedals.
