I really do like these
I searched for small footprint, white, high-quality speakers for all-around computer use and music listening. I have now used these daily for 12 months and couldn't be happier. I think I paid the full retail price (319 EUR), which hurt a little, but now that I have used them for so long, I think they are worth it.
- Simply put, they sound so fantastic to my ear. I am not a professional producer/mixer or anything like that. I don't have a treated room; I have a pretty hard room all around with reflections all over the place. My listening volumes are low.
- I use the "desk" setting. It seems to boost mid-tones a bit and works for me well. Sometimes I shift to "flat" but have always returned to the desk setting. It's easier on the ears, so there is less fatigue while longer listening sessions.
- I do NOT use HF or LF eq. The bass and upper registers are 5/5 as is.
- They are pretty light and, therefore, relatively easy to knock down.
- Others have reported very quiet hiss/noise when no sound is played. I confirm I also have this hiss, but I do not notice it unless I put my ear 1cm in front of the speaker. I don't think it's a deal-breaker.
- Others have reported somewhat audible high-frequency noise right after speakers are turned on, lasting around 5-10 seconds. I confirm I also have this noise. I don't think it's a deal-breaker.

Kaikkeen musiikin kuunteluun erinomaiset aktiivikaiuttimet.
Näilläkin olemme tehneet jopa pientä duo keikkaa. Nyt otimme studiomonitori käyttöön iloud mtm rinnalle ja uskon, että tulemme vastaisuudessa käyttämään näitä laulu/kitara duo-keikoilla.
