As a big fan of single-cut guitars, I really wanted to own this model. When the guitar first arrived, everything seemed great. The initial test play felt very good — it was incredibly comfortable to play, and the Roswell pickups sounded excellent. I was genuinely impressed at first.
However, the string action was too high, so I decided to lower it. After adjusting the bridge, I was surprised to find that even with the bridge lowered as far as it would go, the action was still well over 2mm at the 12th fret. After a closer inspection, I discovered that the neck angle was too shallow, which made it impossible to lower the strings properly. This is something that should definitely have been caught during quality control.
I decided to return the guitar and request a replacement. Unfortunately, the return process was surprisingly slow, and I had to wait three weeks to receive the new guitar.
When the replacement finally arrived, I noticed immediately on the first chord that something wasn’t right. The guitar didn’t resonate properly, the action was again too high, and it wouldn’t stay in tune. After some careful inspection and adjustments, I found several serious issues.
The nut was poorly cut, and the strings were binding in the slots, making tuning extremely difficult. The A string didn’t even properly fit into its slot, and the guitar would go out of tune after just a couple of chords. When adjusting the action, I could only lower the strings slightly before they started buzzing heavily against the frets to the point where the guitar became unplayable. From the 14th fret downward, the notes wouldn’t ring out properly at all.
To make matters worse, I also discovered a visible knot in the neck.
At this point, the only remaining option is to return the guitar and request a refund. After a 1.5-month-long ordering process, I simply don’t have the interest to waste more time or take a third risk due to such poor quality control.

I was eyeing a Harley Benton to buy myself for Christmas for a while. The choice was between an Amarok-6 and Guitar Max signature Fusion. But then, I saw it. The Agufish custom signature. I knew I HAD to get it when I saw it, but unfortunately they were out of stock when I got all the money necessary. Then I decided to get this one. I was praying for it to arrive in one piece and good condition, knowing how HB QC can be. I was stunned. It feels and sounds better than any guitar from the big G I have played which is about 10 guitars. This one came pretty much perfectly set up out of the box - action is to my liking, the neck is straight and the guitar is intonated.
BUT: There are some pieces of dust under the finish here and there. The frets are level but are scratchy. And the biggest problem for me is that the saddle for the 6th (thickest) string is all the way back, and I am afraid that I won’t be able to properly intonate it with thicker strings like .056 or .059.
Outside of that - the guitar looks amazing, feels amazing, the fretboard is gorgeous and the neck is perfect. Also the tuners feel similar to gotoh.
8/10, would recommend but be prepared to re setup and polish the frets

Honestly, I’m extremely impressed with this guitar. I can barely describe how much I like it. I’ve never seen a guitar arrive this well prepared and ready to play straight out of the box.
I ordered it around 1.5–2.5 months ago and this time used DHL instead of UPS. Delivery took a bit longer, but the customs process for Kazakhstan and CIS countries was much smoother and easier overall. Everything was solved through the local postal service without major issues.
When I opened the guitar, I was honestly surprised. Everything was perfectly clean and well assembled — no scratches, no chips, no defects at all. The guitar arrived in excellent condition. Maybe some people would slightly adjust the truss rod because the strings felt a little high for my personal preference, but that’s already individual setup and personalization. Overall, it was perfectly playable right out of the box.
The first thing that really impressed me was the sound. For this price range, the tone is incredibly big, powerful, and full. It immediately feels like a completely different level of instrument. The sound is tight, clear, and very enjoyable to play.
The build quality is also excellent. All the details feel carefully made and well finished. Even the factory strings were surprisingly good.
The instrument fully matches the description and honestly deserves 5 out of 5. I’m genuinely impressed and very happy with this guitar. You can simply take it out of the box and start playing immediately.

First the guitar was flawless ... and I mean just perfect! Perfectly tuned, the body work is a masterpiece, frets are just amazing...super surprised by the quality provided! Playing on it is just awesome. I have a Yamaha, Ibanez and this one beats them all in all categories. This is the best guitar I own so far. So easy and pleasant to play....I'm speechless.
