Good but has a design flaw

I use this device to attach a monitor on a speaker stand and it works as advertised. However, the small monitor I use has its powers and HDMI sockets on the bottom of the unit and they are hard to reach once the monitor is mounted. It’s ok for a permanent installation but I would not recommend it for use where the cables have to be connected and disconnected often.

Good quality and easy to use.

I use this to hold up a 42" TV monitor for displays.
It came with a generous selection of suitable mounting bolts and spacers, though I may have used some of my own as they were next to me at the time I fitted it.
The TV has a VESA that is 200 wide by 100 high and for a while I thought that I would have to drill some new holes, but they are included in the main plate. I didn't need to use the extension arms for VESA larger than 200 x 200, but having seen the quality of the product I would have no concerns about doing so.
It was quick and easy to fit, and mounts on a 35mm tube very easily, is strong and of good quality. I tend not to use the fixing knob at the side to prevent the TV rotating, but that also seems sturdy and well made.
The only slight modification i would like to see is a second fixing nut on the top of the tube so that the fixing knob could be stored there out of the way - but this is to do with the space I have in the TV storage/transport case I use.
Brilliant item - love it.

Ich muss die allgemeine Euphorie zu diesem Artikel mal etwas dämpfen. Ich befinde mich schon in der zweiten Austauschrunde, weil unter bisher 4 zugesandten Artikeln nur einer dabei war, bei dem die Stativaufnahme einigermaßen rechtwinklig angeschweißt war - von mittig ganz zu schweigen. Es wirkt wirklich, als würde das bei der Produktion frei Hand gemacht?!
Da sich bei dieser Bauform nichts korrigieren lässt, führt eine Abweichung von einigen Millimetern bereits dazu, dass größere Displays sichtbar schief hängen. In meinem Fall ein 65"er dessen linke Ecke 1,4 cm höher steht als die rechte, weil die Stativaufnahme um 2 mm schräg geschweißt ist. Solche Toleranzen kenne ich aus dem professionellen Metallbau eigentlich lange nicht mehr.
Inzwischen wäre mir deutlich lieber, das Ding wäre geschraubt, so dass man es wenigstens um die paar Millimeter selbst korrigieren könnte – so geht das Teil leider zum zweiten Mal zurück (ein zweiter Austauschartikel war bis auf etwas horizontalen Versatz in Ordnung).

Dazu kommt, dass in der Grundplatte alle Löcher nur in M6 gefertigt sind. Selbst für meine Samsung 50-Zöller mit VESA 200x200 müsste ich hier auf M8 aufbohren und neue Schrauben besorgen, die beiliegenden M8x30 sind, auch mit den beiliegenden Kunststoff-Spacern (?!!) schlicht viel zu lang (ich verwende M8x16 mit der K&M-Adapterplatte, die gehen fast bis Anschlag).

Also so ganz erschließt sich mir das Design der Gravity-Halter nicht, auch wenn sie auch für mich auf den ersten Blick nach einer genialen out-of-the-box-Lösung aussahen, gerade für größere Displays ab VESA 300 x X.
