Older SPS was a bit better
I bought this thinking it's got the same build quality than the older SPS's. Apparently they have changed the material a bit and it's not as sturdy as it's older brother.
Still very good quality for the price and the inner padding (satin) is a very nice touch.
If you need heavier protection tho, I'd look for some hardcases.

Does what it does...and well
Good quality case what is looking fine. The side protector is good and keeps the drum safe. Not a hardcase, but very good option what is build well.
Only negative is that shoulder starp is not any more so long that you can wrap it around the case.
Quality product.
