The straps are connected in the wrong place on the back — they are too low. This makes the center of gravity too low as well. The bag sits far too high on your back and hits every doorway you walk through. Also, lifting the bag by the straps always makes it tip over. You can try loosening the straps, but then the bag will not sit snugly against your body. I think this bag is unusable as it is. The previous model had the strap attachment points in the correct place, much higher up. Carrying this new version on one shoulder also causes it to tip forward. To use this bag, you would need to cut the straps and reattach them higher. It’s a shame, because the product is otherwise good. It is obvious that the manufacturer did not test the bag before releasing it.
