Great motivation to start modding guitars
Out of he box the guitar looks great, neck is smooth and the fretwork is decent. When I start playing i I start to notice some flaws, neck pickup sounds muddied like there is almost something wrong with the wiring, intonation potentially a little bit off seeing as when I fret on the low E string the notes are slightly off-key despite being in tune. I do like the body on this guitar and the bridge pickup is fine so I will take this opportunity to try modding a guitar for the first time to make this thing sing.
