Yllättävän kestävä laukku!

Rippilahjaksi saamalleni Tokain SG -kitaralle tarvitsi laukun, ja tämä osui silmään. Jännitin aluksi että mahtuuko kitarani siihen, mutta hienostihan se sinne istui.

Neljän vuoden ankara roudaus ja heittely on kuluttanut laukun pintaa huomattavasti , mutta runko on ehjä, saranat ehjät sekä kahva paikoillaan. Tämä laukku kestää kulutusta!

Työnjälki oli siistiä. Jos tarvitsisin uuden laukun SG-malliselle kitaralle, ostaisin toisen heti.

Siisti laukku

Siisti laukku. Hieman häiritsee, että ei ole kyljellään ihan tasapainossa, jää kallelleen. Lisäksi sisäkotelon läpän saranointi heppoisen oloinen.

Tämä keinonahkasta ja vaneerista rakennettu kitaraceissi on elänyt käytössäni pidemmän elämän kun 2 Gibsonin vastaavaa salkkua. Pinta on pysynyt erinomaisessa kunnossa, saranat eivät reistaile ja sisusta on pysynyt siistinä. Sisäänrakennettu lukitus tuo lisäturvan tunteen tien päällä. Salkku ei ole vedenkestävä (opin kantapään kautta), mutta ei se ole näin missään vaiheessa väittänytkään olevansa. Voin suositella!

This case is not the most expensive you can get, and obviously the quality isn't the highest, but it's certainly worth every penny, like most Epiphone stuff. The fit of the guitar was perfect, and the lining nice and soft to prevent damage.
The catches and hinges are in the serviceable category again, not the best quality you will ever see, but perfectly adequate for the intended usage.
The construction is tough enough to take the guitar out to gigs etc, but possibly not up to rough handling by roadies. Mind you, you could say the same for a Gibson case that costs much more.
Thomann's service as always was 100% spot on, and the case was very well packed and arrived quickly and safely.
After a period of a few months of use, the case bore up well to my normal use of 2 rehearsals and 1 gig per week. Of course it acquired knocks and scrapes along the way, but nothing more than you'd expect, and most importantly, it protected the guitar inside with no complaints at all.
You wouldn't want to drive over it in a van, but then it's not designed for that.
Overall, excellent value for money, and the price matches the budget guitars that's it's likely to hold. I'd get another if needed.
