Hyvä Les Paul edullisemmin

Kitara oli kaikin puolin hyvä ja laadukkaasti tehty. Ääni on erittäin hyvä, tämä kitara vertautuu suoraan edullisempiin Gibsoneihin.

An absolute beauty! These Inspired by Gibson Custom guitars are really something special from Epiphone. Sounds great, looks amazing, feels and plays perfect! The case is very nice and a secure fit as well. My Washed Burbon looks spectacular! Great looking top. Im extremely happy to have gotten a beautiful gem of a guitar! Thanks Thomann

4,8 Kilogramm und defektes Tone-Poti

Positiv:
- wie immer bei Thomann schnelle Lieferung und super verpackt.
- die Lackierung ist fabelhaft und optisch ist das eine sehr schöne Gitarre, mit dem Gibson Headstock wirklich eine echte Schönheit.

Negativ:
- 4,8 KG ist dann doch sehr schwer , echt ein dicker Brummer
- das Tone-Poti war schon bei der Lieferung defekt.
- der Sound war sehr dünn, und der Klang hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen.

Leider eine Enttäuschung. Vielleicht hatte ich aber ich nur Pech und die anderen Gitarren aus der Serie sind besser.

Ich habe die Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom 1959 Les Paul in Washed Bourbon Burst gekauft und bin begeistert. Die Gitarre ist ein Traum!

Klang:
Meine wiegt stolze 5,1 kg, also eine richtig massive, solide Les Paul. Das merkt man auch am Ton: fetter, warmer und mittenbetonter Sound mit unglaublichem Sustain. Die Noten singen richtig, besonders am Hals-Pickup, und halten ewig nach. Die Gibson Custombuckers sind top und die CTS-Potis regeln den Klang perfekt über den gesamten Bereich von 0 bis 10, ohne dass es matschig oder dünn wird und auch kein plötzlicher Abfall im Ton.

Verarbeitung und Spielgefühl:
Optisch ein Hammer mit dem Top. Der '59-Hals fühlt sich gut an und liegt super in der Hand. Kleinere Mängel ab Werk: Leichte Bund-Probleme (ein paar scharfe Enden), minimale Lackspuren am Hals und ein leicht überstehender Sattel. Nichts Dramatisches. Ich habe sie in einer Gitarrenwerkstatt einstellen und die Bünde und Sattel überarbeiten lassen (ca. 100 €). Jetzt spielt sie sich absolut toll!

Fazit:
Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Für den Preis bekommt man eine Gitarre mit Premium-Specs (Custombuckers, CTS Pots). Wer eine klassische Les Paul mit Vintage-Charakter sucht, macht hier nichts falsch. Thomann-Lieferung wie immer top, kam super verpackt an !
