Electro Harmonix Bass Big Muff Pi

After owning this some 5+ years without ever being quite happy with it, I sold it. It does have a nice and pleasing fuzzy sound overall, but you had to boost your volume a lot to hear anything of what you play in a rock band setting, regardless what mode you used (I recall using the "dry" mode the most). The attack was simply lost, which is essential to my bass playing. I have been enormously more pleased with the Aguilar Agro pedal that I bought after selling this a few years ago. It's significantly more expensive, but definitely worth it. It never kills my bass in the mix like the Big Muff did.
