Tried different picks so far (dunlop, fender, d'addario), different sizes (0.50, 0.60) for my 7 strings electric guitar and I couldn't find the ones that were suitable to play mainly death-metal music. Those ones are the closest to what I'm looking (feeling) for, sharp, short, good grip.

generally for bass i prefere thin picks so they can absorb the knock force from the strings. and they work amazingly. but they ware off kinda quick. i need 3 of these per week

Flexibles Plektrum für Anfänger

Das Plektrum ist sehr flexibel, soll heißen, es verhält sich wie ein dünnes Nylon-Plektrum. Dies ist dann ein Vorteil, wenn man mangels Spielpraxis noch etwas unkoordinierter in die Saiten haut.

Im Gegensatz zu den allseits bekannten Nylon-Plektren ist die Spitze deutlich betonter, was beim Wechselanschlag hilft.

Es gibt festere Varianten, die auch länger halten, welche aus Ultex hergestellt werden. Das ist relevant, weil man sich an die Form des Plektrums als Anfänger gewöhnen kann und später nicht umlernen muss.

Kurz: Das richtige Plektrum für den motivierten Schredder-Novizen...
