The best multi-purpose bass wah from Dunlop nowadays

This is definitely the best option to have if you like to have two different wahs in one pedal which you can quickly select with footswitch. The integrated fuzz makes this just fantastic to get some extra screaming. The option to have it always on is great. The one star loss for usage comes because of the tiny pots wich have a light (that is a plus) that you can't see which direction they point to. The regular wah is a little bit disappointing to have in this as the other wah, but the U.K. filter is great. Nicely constructed, I was thinking about to give 4 stars for that because of the a little bit of questionable pots.

Amazingly versatile pedal for those into the Tool bass sound and others!

Great sounding pedal for all 3 features, wah, fuzz and filter. Super easy to use straight out of the box, the options you have are simple but effective, especially the controllability of the fuzz (always on/on with wah pedal). As a bass player some settings have difficulty cutting through the mix of a live band sound but that's probably the main learning curve. If there is enough space for it to shine then it will.

Wah préférée pour basse

Pour ma basse, j'ai possédé la classique Cry Baby Bass Wah (blanche), l'EBS Wah One mais celle-ci surpasse en rendu. La possibilité d'un mode Filtre footswithable et qui conserve beaucoup plus de basses que le mode Wah classique est un gros plus, mais les 2 modes sont intéressants. La Fuzz, basée sur une tonebender est assez prononcée mais le tone permet de conserver beaucoup de basse, le volume permet une grande amplitude. La Wah seule avec une autre pédale de fuzz fonctionne très bien, je l'utilise également avec une variation de big muff.
Vraiment un super outil pour démarquer la basse sur un solo, je l'utilise églament sur des couplets avec des mouvements de Wah très long pour des effets d'ambience combinés.
Elle n'est pas prête de sortir de mon pedalboard.

Les gros + pour moi :
- Utiliser la wah seule, la fuzz seule, ou les 2 combinés à la volée
- Le retour auto de la pédale qui coupe l'effet après un délai réglable

Les moins :
- Lourde et grosse sur pedalboard
- Le prix, élevé rebutera c'est certain
- Il faut aimer le grain de cette fuzz assez tranchante
