DiMarzio DP409 Heavy Blues 2 Wh

Classic rock & bluesy stuff. Works perfectly with effects. I bought this for my Stratocaster mid & nbeck, bridge pu is Air Norton S. These (HB 2) work great and sound very stratty, although are noticeably hotter than originals yet retaining that strat sound. Clean up quite well with the guitars vol pot. Air Norton S doesn't overpower them and once you find the right height for each pu you're set. No hum. Haven't tried these split. The in-between sound is not that good so I wired mine with a 3-way switch (I don't use in-between sounds that much anyway). I don't think the audience would notice any difference while in the context of band playing. I'd recommend these if you're looking for a bit more output and to match a humbucker in the bridge.
