- Boss compact effect pedals have a thick rubber mat on the base plate that adheres well to the floor, but is not suitable for attaching self-adhesive hook and loop fastener tape for pedalboards
- In addition, the plate type with the serial number are attached to the underside of the pedal and are usually damaged by the adhesive tape
- For this reason, this base plate is available without a rubber plate and plate type - simply replace it with the original base plate and attach the hook and loop fastener tape to it instead
