Flexible but...
Pros. It is flexible and should fit to everyone. It kind of glues the violin to the player...
Cons. It does not fit well after all. It is quite stable and I liked it for start, but when I got more experienced with violin, this made me hate it. Shoulder rest should be as simple as possible, I think. Maybe beginners like this generally but but... maybe vibrato training could be easier with this?
