BluGuitar Amp1 Mercury Edition

Very good sounding amp, light and portable. Very dynamic and touch sensitive!! Has tons of power to go to any cabinet over 4 Ohm. I use mine in half power mode and have never needed to go past 3-4 in a live setting. The emulated out is a bit dark. Initially it sounded a bit shrill on the higher frequences on clean channel but running clean gain on full and using the adjustable boost produces a real tubey sound and feel. Nowadays I only use the clean channel and get my grit from pedals. The vintage channel is just what it says, vintage Marshall sounding. Modern channel sounds exactly(!) like my JCM-800 which I don't use any more and have sold it since I got this one. The built in reverb is good but not great, I use my pedals for reverb. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a great sounding light weight amp. It's a big plus that this unit is so small... did I mention light :-D

PS. I 'hate to love' this little amp as it has rendered my tube amps useless. From time to time I bring out my trusty old Hot Rod Deluxe but this is better sounding even for clean stuff (low frequences are better controlled here) and takes pedals (even fuzz) like a champ so back in the closet goes the tube amp after a couple of days/weeks every time I 'try to like it more'.
