Plastic Fantastic
Yes, it is housed in plastic casing. However, the plastic used is very sturdy and you won't be breaking this unless you're stomping on it like a maniac, in which case pretty much any pedal can break.
What comes to sound, this octave fuzz is a pretty faithful recreation of the legendary Boss Hyper Fuzz FZ-2. As such, it sounds absolutely monstrous, in the best possible way. There's a reason why these little units have become something of a cult hit.
There's two different selectable fuzz modes and a boost mode. Fuzz mode 1 is kind of a heavy fuzz face style sound and fuzz 2 more in the style of the Big Muff. It bears mentioning, that while lots of praise this pedal's utility in doom/stoner kinds of sounds, it actually works really well for other kinds of genres as well when you bring the gain down.
However, one the biggest selling points of this unit is this one neat trick that even the BOSS FZ-2 can't do: there are two additional "secret" modes that clever people of the interwebs have found. They can be accessed by carefully sliding the mode selector *between* the different modes. Mode "1.5" activates *both* fuzz modes at the same time for an absolutely massive and gnarly fuzz explosion, while mode "2.5" activates fuzz 2 + boost, for a kind of a Jack White type super sound perfect for epic riffage.
Given the price, quality and features of this pedal, it's basically a no-brainer for anyone looking to expand their sound into grittier territories.

It do the job, don't pay more
In my opinion, sounds better than the Boss Fuzz.
If this pedal do the job, why to pay more?

Instant stoner and doom fuzz
This inexpensive little plastic box is an instant classic. It's Behringer's take on legendary Boss FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz and it sounds killer. It's ferocious, raunchy and super high gain. There's nothing subtle about it. Loads of gain, good treble and bass adjustments, 3-mode switch for two different fuzz sounds and super cool boost function.
Imagine bands like Fu Manchu, Electric Wizard etc. This pedal covers those sounds with ease. Where ever you need that Univox Super-Fuzz type of sound, look no further. Behringer SF300 Super Fuzz delivers all that and more with bit under 25 Euros. That is a bargain!
The plastic enclosure might be a concern for some of you but trust me when I tell you... it can take the beating and abuse. It's not built like a tank but it can withstand your army boot stepping on it night after night.
Only tricky thing with it is the attachment to your pedalboard. Even 3M top-quality pedalboard tape or velcro won't stick to the plastic-y rubber base plate. That's the only "negative" thing about this pedal.

Yes.
Ok, so everyone and their grandma knows about the FZ-2 by now and that this pedal is a clone of that. But seriously, just buy this. In fact buy two or three. You need it in your life.
The originals are going for ridiculous prices. Until Boss reissues the FZ-2 I'm going to keep rocking this one. Yes it's plastic, and feels a bit flimsy, but you can buy 12 of these for the price of an original. Or maybe just put it in its own bypass loop. That way it will last forever.

Hintansa haukkuu moneen kertaan. Rakenne muovia, joten saa nähdä miten kauan pysyy kunnossa, mutta niinpä se näillä,halvoilla peleillä yleensä on..

Incredible value for money
Behringer Super Fuzz offers the absolute best bang for buck when it comes to fuzz pedals. From a sweet little buzz to Electric Wizard levels of fuzzy mayhem - all for under 30 euros!
The casing is plastic which is a bit worrying especially for gigging artists but the construction seems quite solid and sturdy nonetheless.
For the price you pay, I have absolutely no complaints.

Fuzyy
3 different fuzz modes, Fuzz 1&2 + boost. Found the fuzz 2 mode the best for my ears. A very compressed fuzz. The fuzz 1 is an more open fuzz, maybe more vintage style of fuzz. The boost mode I rearly use, but it does what it says, boosts.
The quality seems good for the price. But I guess if it brakes it?s broken and can?t be fixed.
Would recommend it

Etsitkö samanaikaisesti edullista ja hyvän kuuloista fuzzia? Behringer SF300 on loistava valinta ja tarjoaa monipuolisen soundivalikoiman aina 60-luvun (Hendrix yms.) tyylistä modernimpaan Grungeen ja kaikkeen siltä väliltä. Boost toiminto on erinomainen lisä, jos haluaa sooloihin kuuluvuutta. Kuoren oranssi väri antaa mukavan retro vaikutelman. Kokonaisuutta arvioiden soundi on erinomainen, pedaali on helppokäyttöinen ja häiriötön, mutta pieni miinus kotelosta. Muovikotelon sijasta voisi toivoa metallista koteloa, mutta tähän edulliseen hintaan nähden suotakoon tuo pieni miinus. Behringer SF300 pystyy hyvin kilpailemaan kalliimpienkin fuzzien kanssa ja soundi on melko lähellä Bossin FZ-2 Hyper Fuzzia.

No-brainer fuzz
Eka mode on tämän juttu imo, tosi härski ja siisti oktaavi-fuzz. Mode 2 on vähän turhan skuupattu keskialueelta omaan makuun (röyhkeä Big Muff) ja boost-mode on itelle ihan turha. Kunhan pitää ykköspaikassa, niin tästä saa tosi siistiä rähinä-fuzzia doom, sludge, stoner tai mihin vaan räkäisiin fuzz-hommiin. Rakenteessa ei varsinaisesti mitään vikaa. Halpaa ku saippua. Ei ihme, että näitä on myyty about miljoona.
