The latch itself feels great: not too loose, not too tight, and it's damped well so it doesn't make any noise when opened or closed (at least with the optional 2,9 € rubber inlay mat).
I can't say how solid the drawer is with higher weight loads, but as a basic rack drawer box this fulfills its role.
