Dimming curves don't do anything.
And then there was light all of a sudden . And quite a bit of it too. And zoomable, and movable, and quiet mode and everything... But as said. And then there was light. It didn't rise smoothly in so this renders it unusable in most cases for me. Not all the time though. Oh and the quick locking mechanism is pretty much crappy

Meh...
As has been said the dimming curves do nothing. There is always a step from lowest light to off, so no smooth fade to black possible. I bought two and the zoom angles are very different between them and Thomann told me there isn't a way to calibrate them. For the price they are OK but not a great light at all.
