Perfect top + side ventilation and access for UAD Apollo X rackmount interfaces

Well built, well designed and sleek = 100% rating from me.

This rack is perfect as it provides side panel ventilation, a top panel ventilation airgap and rear cutaway access / ventilation while still allowing other studio products (monitors / rack gear) to stack on top - including more Thon Multiflex Rack enclosures.

UAD Apollo x6, x8, x8, x8p and x16 rack interfaces are vented on the top and should not be stacked on top of one another without a sufficient air-gap according to Universal Audio, despite some of their marketing photos to the contrary.

Apollo X Hardware Manual (p.31)
"Apollo X may get hot during normal operation if it doesn’t receive adequate airflow circulation around its chassis vents. For optimum results when mounting Apollo X in a rack, leaving at least one empty rack space above the unit to allow adequate airflow for cooling is strongly recommended."
