A basic ratchet in black.
Seems to be same stuff you find in your local stores. I bought this because couldn't find them in black in my area. Ratchet works fine and no problems. Won't expect it to be any more special than any ratchet in this price range, but that's what I wanted. Works as intended and nothing special about it.
