Solved all my problems
As my studio expanded I started getting issues especially between my interface and my preamps (connected via adat)
I now have two of these BNC cables and with the gear connected by word clock I have not had any drop outs at all.
This Sommer cable in particular is of a very high standard with excellent connectors.
I would highly recommend them.

Robust quality for constant use around the clock
Very robust build quality but not very flexible as a cable. This is actually preferable in many cases where you may need to clock things together in moving rack cases where things might get thrown around constantly without fear of damaging it. Connectors also feel very high quality.
