I tried to return it after the return date due to unusual circumstances regarding the model number and was led on to believe they would take it back, and then received a flat "no" after being bothered to correspond several times with them, and sending multiple fotos at their request proving it was never used. Saying it was "bad for the environment" was a ridiculous excuse for not accepting the return, as if it would be any worse for the environment to send it within the 30 days or more. I was finally told I could return it, and they may return some portion of what I paid. Ridiculous.Very poor customer service, I will never order from this company again, and as a music teacher ordering from large companies for the last 20 years, I have never had this kind of problem with a company before.
