Nice but could be better
Very nice stand, I bought it for strictly home usage and for that, it's okay. The sheet holder has rubbers that holds the sheets in place and overall it has a grippy texture so paper is not sliding around. Very smart.
However the head cannot be tightened enough so the head flops when you grab it to move every time, so I always have to move it by the shaft. I'd be also afraid to put heavier things on like a laptop or something like that, so I can't recommend for live use which is a shame bc it's the best looking one so far I tried.

Well built and inexpensive!
I'm not fan of the two yellow bands, but they can easily be taken off. Ther rest is well made and seems sturdy and pro as K&M
