Very happy and satisfied with this amp! I would say this amp is a modern solid state classic! It enables me to get great sounds in bedroom volumes and on the other hand scales to concert halls if needed - it has a lot of power. A very pedal friendly amp! I've got Boss Blues Drive in front and Boss Delay in the effects loop. Sounds great with the headphones also. I think the "limiter" knob is the secret to finding great tones! I suggest you to experiment! The limiter interacts with the gain ON the amp. emulating tube sag/bloom. It's a feel thing. Play around with it without a dirt pedal in front. Turn up the gain, then see how the limiter affects it.
