A fun little friend!
Having seen old photos of guitar greats - Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards… - playing this little amp I’ve wanted it ever since.
Fortunately it has NOT disappointed!
Yes, it has its limitations - it gets very noisy when plugged into an adapter, much less noisy on batteries - but as an ‘extension of your guitar’ it fulfils a valuable and very expressive role for any guitarist: using volume and tone controls on your guitar you quickly and easily dial in a very rich range of clean/on the edge of breakup through light overdrive through to heavy overdrive and even ‘woolly fuzz’ sounds if you roll up volume and roll down the tone controls.

Legendary amp with character
First of all, it is unexpectedly loud! Something that I didn't expect from such a compact combo.
I really love the lo-fi fuzzy nature of its sound. Clean sound is almost imposstible with it, but I play mostly with Ram's Head Big Muff anyway.
Don't forget that you can open the case and you basically have a primitive tone control.
Now I mostly play through Harley Bentron Tube15, but everytime I connect to Pignose it makes me smile because of how authentic it sounds.
And of course the star of the show - it runs on batteries, so you can take it anywhere.
