Great quality!
I lost one of these and found Thomann had them and they are a pearl item not some spurious pice that doesn’t work, it fits perfectly because it’s a pearl item!

Small but essential too!
like the felt washer that I also recently replaced, this is one of those silly little things that you only miss when you've mislaid it somewhere. Luckily available nice and cheap from Thomann website, so my hi hat is in good shape again!
