I use these XLR-plugs on the rear of my monitors. They are excellent! I'm also using NP2 X-WT for other equipment, and these look nice together.
The solder connection is easily accessed, and it does handle a bit of heat, so it doesn't melt instantly when trying to solder the connections, which cheaper alternatives might.
