High quality

This is a high quality set of bongos; the build quality is exquisite, the lugs are solid and the skins are well processed (so thin that they're translucent). On top of that, they look great, the natural colour of the skins match the unstained wood quite nicely.

Worth noting that they come with cow hide skins, which gives them a natural, a bit darker tone than plastic/artificial skins.

Nice sounding bongos

I'm no expert as this is the first set of bongos I've owned. I'm mostly a guitarist. After tuning them up and playing some basic latin grooves they make a familiar sound just like the bongos on any record you've heard.

The build quality is good but I cannot give it five stars as two rubber feet have fallen off. I expect I'll have to glue them on but I can't find one of them.
