It is ok but not even close how good the 18" paper thin is. This has that "humming body noise" that can be really annoying. And not so sensitive to react than 18". After playing a while my guess it is because this cymbal doesn't have any mass so it runs away when you hit it gently. This is propaply the reason why any other manufacturer doesn't make small paper thin crashes. I desided to still keep it, it's not bad just not as good as 18"
