A Perfect Match for a 1964 Höfner President Restoration
I fitted a pair of these pickups during the restoration of a 1964 Höfner President Thin. The quality and finish are excellent, and they are a very good visual match for the original Höfner pickups. Installation was straightforward, and once the restoration was complete they delivered exactly the vintage tone we were hoping for – warm, clear and well balanced with plenty of definition. The customer was delighted with the finished guitar. I’d happily use these pickups again for future Höfner restorations.
