The guitar cost S$4,800 and arrived at my home in Singapore after a three-month wait, on top of paying more than S$400 in customs and import-related charges.
When I finally inspected the guitar, I found a chip in the nut, which needs to be replaced. This is completely unacceptable for an instrument in this price range, and especially disappointing from a company like Thomann, which should ensure that instruments are thoroughly inspected and arrive in perfect condition before being shipped.
Thomann offered me the option of sending the guitar back to Germany, but this involves an annoying amount of paperwork and a lengthy process. I would also have to deal with the complications and costs associated with returning the instrument from Singapore.
I am extremely upset and disappointed—not only with the condition in which the guitar arrived, but also with Thomann’s customer service and the way this situation has been handled.

Really surprised me. Acousticly, sounds very close to a j 45, with a great pretty neck, och has a p90 too. Very good quality.
